mr. Axel Macro
Lawyer
Axel Macro started his career at the law firm Pels Rijcken & Droogleever Fortuijn. After 30 years working as a lawyer, he has become a very experienced allrounder.
He has a combined litigation and advice practice and he is frequently consulted by (foreign) parties to act as a legal soundboard and assist in – often complex- transactions. He will try to avoid legal procedures if possible, but if necessary he knows his way around the Dutch courts very well.
Mr. A.P. Macro is registered at the Dutch Bar Association at the following areas of law: contract law. This registration obligates him to follow specific vocational training.

mr. drs. H.J. van der Tak
Lawyer
HJ van der Tak has his own law firm in Doorn. In more complicated cases HJ will be consulted and he will invoice directly.
HJ van der Tak has been practicing law since 1993. After his studies he previously worked in commercial and legal positions in the (inter) national music and film industry.
After having worked as a lawyer in a combined litigation and advice practice in the areas of intellectual property law, media law and entertainment law for many years, HJ these days focusses on strategy, advice and support in IP matters. Renée is a former lawyer who started her career 1994 as a lawyer at the law firm Loeff Claeys Verbeke, later named Loyens & Loeff, at which law firm she worked for many years. She has a broad and profound legal knowledge and extensive procedural experience in company law, contract law and arbitration. Renée is is able to make sharp analyses of cases and assists in choosing the most effective procedural strategy.
Renée studied Dutch Law at the University of Leiden and she studied at the Deutsche Anwalt Akademie in Baden-Baden (since 1998 she is permitted to use the title ‘Rechtsanwältin’), she furthermore studied at the Provincial Highschool for interpreters and translators and at the Universidad Central, Barcelona. Renée is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
mr. dr. H.W. (Roon) Wiersma
Advisor
Roon is a former lecturer and senior researcher of the University of Amsterdam in civil and digital procedural law. He is an editor of the magazine Jurisprudence Civil Procedural Law and regularly comments Legal Judgements.
Roon obtained his doctorate in 1998 at the University of Leiden.
